Les entremets pour 8 - 10 personnes mesurent environ 20 cm de diamètre et 3.5 cm de hauteur sans la décoration, soit environ entre 5 et 6 cm de hauteur avec la décoration.
L’entremet est calculé pour vous servir 8 parts d’environ125 g chacun ou 10 parts d'environ 100 gr chacune.
Composition : brownie chocolat blond, ganache chocolat noir, mousse chocolat au lait, chantilly chocolat blanc
Ingrédients : crème, chocolat au lait, chocolat noir, chocolat blond, lait, poudre d'amande, sucre, fécule de maïs, chocolat blanc, beurre, eau, gélatine.
Allergènes : produits laitiers, œufs, amandes.
